Our history
THT Europe Foundation was registered in 2018 to provide support to high quality education of Healthcare Professionals. The same year MedTech Europe, the European trade association representing the Medical Technology Industry, has certified THT Europe Foundation as an Ethical MedTech Trusted Partner.
The Ethical Charter is a voluntary certification initiative for organisers of third-party educational events, proving the commitment of Professional Congress Organisers (PCOs) to the ethical standards and new rules included in the MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice. It also aims to facilitate the industry’s support for independent medical education to organisations that are certified and who commit to complying with the Code when organising their events.
THT Europe is committed to helping Industry Clients and Medical Society partners maintain a high level of participation and sponsorship at the most important and educational world-wide medical congresses.
By receiving certification as an Ethical MedTech Trusted Partner, THT Europe is proven to have the knowledge and understanding required to successfully implement the recommendations of the MedTech Code of Ethics.
